The entire home and cottage is available for your use. The only area that is unavailable is the garage. We do have outdoor only cameras in order to monitor the outside entrance to the home.

This is a wonderful and quiet area with expansive views of the lake. Just a few minutes away is Joe Bald Lake access where you can launch your boat or spend a day playing in the water.
A private car is a must when visiting the area . We do have adequate parking for up to 5 cars. The driveway is long and can easily accommodate a truck and trailer.
The primary renter must be over 21.
No pets, no exceptions due to owner allergy.
We do not allow parties or events at the house. Only registered guests are allowed in the home.
