A car is a must when visiting Branson, and there is ample parking in front of the condo. You have full use of the entire condo and private patio. There are shared bbq grills in the complex to which you have full access. Enjoy the grounds with morning walks - the road ends at the beautiful Fall Creek Marina which is open to the public and offers boat rentals, fishing pole rentals and has a fantastic deck overlooking Lake Taneycomo.

This is a wonderful condominium neighborhood bordered by two resorts. Enjoy golf at the course just next door, Pointe Royale. Wonderful fishing is just moments away on the shores of Taneycomo. Visit the Fall Creek Marina for all of your fishing needs.

The famous Branson Strip is only a 5-15 minutes drive depending on which attraction you will be visiting.

Check out the many trails Branson has to offer - we recommend using the Alltrails app on your Smartphone and packing your tennis or hiking shoes.

Make sure to avoid traffic by using the colored red, blue and yellow routes throughout Branson. These routes will send you directly behind the strip and save you time when traffic is heavy.
