TABLE ROCK LAKE ACCESS

One of our favorite things about this property is how close you are to Table Rock Lake.

There is a gentle walk from the property down toward the water, making it easy to get out and enjoy the lake setting without having to drive somewhere every time you want to be near the shoreline.

IMPORTANT: There is NO guest dock at this property.

You may see a dock nearby, but that dock is privately owned and is not available for guest use. Please do not walk onto or use the private dock.

If you're bringing a boat, there is room at the property to park your boat and trailer. Kimberling City is a great base for boating on Table Rock Lake, with marina and boat-launch options available in the surrounding area.

SHARED HOT TUB

Guests have access to the outdoor hot tub, which is shared between the four units at the property.

It's a great place to relax after boating, hiking, exploring Silver Dollar City, or spending the day in Branson.

Because this is a shared amenity, please be considerate of guests staying in the other units.

THE DECK

Bring your morning coffee outside and enjoy the peaceful Ozark setting and views toward Table Rock Lake.

The deck is one of the best features of this upper-level unit and gives you a wonderful spot to slow down, enjoy the fresh air, and take in the scenery.

In the evening, come back from a day of exploring and enjoy the quieter side of the Branson/Table Rock Lake area.

This property is located in the Kimberling City area on Table Rock Lake.

Kimberling City offers a completely different experience from staying directly on the Branson Strip. The area is quieter, more secluded, and surrounded by the natural beauty of the Ozarks, while restaurants, groceries, marinas, and everyday necessities are still within an easy drive.

It's an especially good location for guests who want the lake to be the focus of their vacation but still want to spend a day or two enjoying Branson and Silver Dollar City.

You can spend the morning fishing or boating, come back and relax by the lake, and still have access to many of the area's best-known attractions.

• Because this is part of a fourplex, you may see or hear other guests during your stay.

• The property is intentionally located outside the busiest parts of Branson. Guests who choose this location generally do so for the quieter Table Rock Lake setting while still having Branson-area attractions within driving distance.
