One of our favorite features of #3 is the outdoor space. While there are a few exterior steps down to the front door, the unit itself walks directly out at ground level to a large patio. The shared hot tub is conveniently located outside between Units #3 and #4.

The outdoor space is one of the highlights of Unit #3.

A few exterior steps lead down to the front entrance, but once inside, the unit walks directly out to ground level and a large patio.

It's a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee, relax after a day on the lake or simply enjoy the quieter surroundings.

The shared hot tub is located outside between Units #3 and #4, making it especially convenient from this unit.

TABLE ROCK LAKE

You're here for the lake, and you won't have to go far to enjoy it.

The property offers beautiful views of Table Rock Lake along with a gentle walk down toward the shoreline.

Please note that there is NO guest dock at the property.

You will see a dock nearby, but it is privately owned and is not available for guest use. Please do not enter or use the private dock.

Bringing your own boat? Boat and trailer parking is available at the property, and you'll find marinas and lake access options nearby in the Kimberling City area.

SHARED HOT TUB

The outdoor hot tub is located between Units #3 and #4 and is shared by guests staying at the fourplex.

Its location makes it particularly convenient from this ground-level walkout.

Relax after a day of boating, fishing, hiking, exploring Silver Dollar City or sightseeing around Branson.

Please remember that this is a shared amenity and be considerate of guests staying in the other units.

LOCATION

This property is tucked away in the Kimberling City area on Table Rock Lake.

It's a great choice if you want to enjoy Branson and the Ozarks but don't necessarily want to stay in the middle of the busy Branson tourist district.

Here, the pace is a little slower.

Enjoy mornings by the lake, spend the day boating or fishing, explore the surrounding Ozarks, or head into the Branson area for attractions, shows, restaurants and shopping.

At the end of the day, come back to a quieter and more secluded lake setting.

THE OZARKS

Explore hiking trails, scenic drives, caves and the beautiful outdoor scenery of southwest Missouri.

Guests have private access to the entire Unit #3 and its patio.

There are a few exterior steps down to the front entrance. The unit then walks out at ground level on the lake-facing side to the large patio area.

Guests also have access to the shared outdoor hot tub, which is located between Units #3 and #4.

Guests may enjoy the property grounds and the gentle walk toward the Table Rock Lake shoreline.

There is no guest-accessible dock. The nearby dock is privately owned and is not part of the property.

Branson Lakes Lodging is available 24/7 for assistance or support when needed.
