Soft blues and understated lake-inspired details give the room a relaxed feel without the over-the-top fishing cabin decor you sometimes find around the lake.

It's an easy place to curl up after a long day boating, exploring Branson or walking around Silver Dollar City.

KITCHEN

We know there's a big difference between a vacation rental that simply has a kitchen and one where you can actually cook a meal.

The kitchen is well stocked for your stay, whether you're making a quick breakfast before heading out on the lake, packing lunches for the day or having dinner at home.

TABLE ROCK LAKE

The lake is one of the best parts of staying here.

You'll have beautiful views of Table Rock Lake and a gentle walk down toward the water, giving you the peaceful lake setting without staying in the middle of a large resort.

Please note that this property does NOT have a guest dock.

There is a dock nearby, but it is privately owned and is not part of the property. Guests may not access or use the private dock.

Bringing a boat? Boat and trailer parking is available at the property, and you'll find marina and lake access options in the Kimberling City area.

SHARED HOT TUB

After a day on Table Rock Lake, come back and relax in the outdoor hot tub.

The hot tub is shared between guests of the four units at the property, so please be considerate of your neighbors while using this amenity.

LOCATION

The property is tucked away in the Kimberling City area of Table Rock Lake, giving you a quieter alternative to staying in the middle of Branson.

This is the kind of place to come when you want to slow things down a little.

Spend your mornings overlooking the lake, head out for a day of boating or fishing, explore the Ozarks, or make the drive into Branson for shows, restaurants, shopping and attractions.

You're also within driving distance of Silver Dollar City, making it possible to combine a lake vacation and a Branson vacation without giving up the peaceful setting at the end of the day.

FISHING

Table Rock Lake is a favorite destination for anglers. With boat and trailer parking available at the property, this is a convenient home base for a fishing trip.

THE OZARKS

You'll also find hiking, scenic drives, caves, golf and plenty of opportunities to explore the natural beauty of southwest Missouri.

Guests have private access to the entire Unit #1.

Unit #1 is one of the two upper units of the fourplex. There are a few exterior steps leading up to the front entrance.

Guests also have access to the shared outdoor hot tub and property grounds.

There is a gentle walk toward the Table Rock Lake shoreline, but there is no guest dock. The nearby dock is privately owned and is not available for guest use.

Branson Lakes Lodging is available 24/7 to assist if anything should arise.
